These are my Priorities:
Self.
Dogs.
Home.
Community.
I made this list to help myself focus on what’s important.
The list is a tool; I can use it to help start the day with loving kindness, I can use it as a mantra to meditate, or I can use it to help remind myself to focus when my thoughts are running away. The list is also a place to start when I need to challenge myself to push beyond comfortable boundaries. To reach further out than in, when the situation calls for it.
Because the list is a tool, I review it from time to time. When it needs a change, it gets one. There is no static perfection here.
I recommend making a list for yourself. Allow it to develop and change as you change. Once you have settled on your Priorities, refer back to your list daily, weekly, or as often as needed.
